Zi Char Uncle will cease operations indefinitely with immediate effect. We would like to thank all customers for their continual support throughout our service to NTU hall residents.

Dear customers,
We have revised the timing for our Deliveries. The summary of the changes will be as follows:

The SMS cut off timings for the 0000Hrs will be pushed earlier to 2345Hrs. (Note: orders after 2345Hrs will be considered as orders for the next cut off timing) This delivery timing will now be open to all halls. For hall 1,2,4,5,6,7, the food will be delivered after 0110Hrs for the 1145Hrs cut off timing.

For the , we will only be preparing 15 packets of food. It will only be delivered on a first come first serve basis, and the food will be delivered after 1:20.

How to Order

1) Send an SMS to place an order before the stipulated cut off timings (Orders after cut-off timings will be delivered upon the next delivery timing. No late orders will be entertained)

2) SMS to 9145 1260 in the following format: Hall number, Block number-Level No-Room number, Food code_quantity
E.g. If you want to order 3 packets of Seafood Horfun, 4 packets of Pork Rib rice, the order will as follows: 02, 18-01-154, HFS_03, PRR_04.

3) You will receive a SMS reply to confirm your delivery timing.

4) Proceed to the collection point 5 minutes before the delivery time.
